Interesting podcast. Reminded me of myself when I just got started ;0) I am reviewing some of the more popular systems and products available on my blog. Just completed the 1% M.O.L.B. Hope to take a look at the IBM Academy in the near future.

Keep up the good work guys!

Thanks for the steaks guys. You are free to come over anytime for dinner. But you better get down to Houston quick because we’ll be done with these soon. Here’s a picture from last weekend.

Steaks...mmmmm

Mmmmmm. That looks pretty tasty. That just might be worth a flight down to Texas.

I really enjoy your podcast and find it greatly motivating. I think that I need help with the 5th opportunity for improvement, getting help from those who have already done it. Anymore recommendations on how to get someone to mentor you? thanks
Ben

Hey guys, thanks for the great info and the motivation. My biggest “Wall” seems to be lack of programmers. As I do not live in an area over run with programmers this seems to be a continuous problem. I am beginning to think that there is a secret club to join where all the great programmers are ready and willing to start hacking away at the drop of a hat. I constantly see sites launch and improve in a short time while I seem to move at a snails pace. Obviously I am at somewhat of a disadvantage with my lack of programing however this is no excuse to fail. I would be eternally grateful to locate a few programmers that can build a great site.

Thanks again,
Jeff - MadNonnie.com

Thanks for the podcast, guys.

I have oh so many things to overcome, heh heh. I like researching and creating content, but selling? Enh.

My aversion to selling is probably the major thing I will have to overcome, since that’s probably the one thing you really need to be good at in order to succeed in business.

Hey guys…thanks for the podcast. I have been learning much and not taking enough action. Its been like become a laptop-couch potato but no more of it now. God bless ya!

Wow! Great two part podcast! I just found you guys by accident via Itunes Podcast search. I think the biggest aha I finally got was about the list building. What do you suggest as a software/service to set up the opt-in in exchange for e-book/audio?

Thom,

Glad you enjoyed these episodes.

Here is the list service that we use and recommend to everyone:
